  3. Will, It appears that you have submitted this bug before, Support ID:112212 It is still being looked at for a fix in the next release.
  4. Also this is a Regular Icosahedron, so you could just use 3 orthogonal golden rectangles to easily model the shape. See attached. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regular_icosahedron d20.ics
  5. From what i could tell, there is no great way of creating a single sweep from the wire-frame, but by separating the 3d wire, i was able to come up with the shape. Scene1.ics
  6. Hello, I got your message concerning the permission link. Tom posted a link to a Channel Partner only Forum, so that is why you cannot view it. I believe that this is the GIF that he was referring to in that thread.
  7. Will, I have increased the attachment limit, so you should not have this issue any longer. Thanks, Blake
  8. The IronCAD Web Viewer is an excellent tool for sharing your design with others. Because it only requires an HTML compatible Web Browser, this tool is great for presentations, Websites, and Mobile collaboration. Designers have several tools at their disposal with the Web Viewer, like the ability to hide smaller features for optimal load times and IP protection. Watch the videos below for a demonstration on how to use the tool and a quick video on how to deploy on the cloud or to a local server. 9. If you are a user that likes to fully customize their IronCAD experience with Shortcuts, Ribbon Bars, Etc, and don’t like having to set up the shortcuts between each version, there are ways to bring your settings with you to the new version. In the example below, we will be transferring from 2018 to 2019, so we will copy the XML files located at: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\IronCAD\IRONCAD\20.0\Customization to the new location at: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\IronCAD\IRONCAD\21.0\Customization After doing so, you will need to edit the all the files using notepad and replace the text that says: IRONCAD20 (or your current version) To: IRONCAD21 (or whatever the newest version is) (Use Ctrl + F to find the Text within the File) Save the XML file Repeat this for all the files you moved. Your settings should be there for you in the new version of IronCAD. Note: New commands added in the new version of the product will not be available in your older files. You can perform a document compare using standard text compare software to locate the new commands added to add them to your older files. This can give you the latest XML's with your customizations!

  11. Currently, you cannot turn the suggestions off. In most cases, if you stop typing, they will go away, but the company that supplies the software is aware that some users have had trouble with this feature and are working on a fix.

  13. Will, I might not have all the information here, but it seems like you just want to create a linked Triball mirror, and unlink the Mirror before creating a Boolean. You can unlink the part by Right Click - Unlink.
  14. Troy, We have identified the issue. It is currently being worked on by R&D. Support ID: 111922
  15. Mike, The files you sent us do not have lights in them. You will notice that the lights dropdown is empty in the Scene Browser. Are there Lights in that dropdown by default in your other files created in 2019? Are you using any 3rd party tools with IronCAD? Are the lights only disappearing when opening older files? Thanks, Blake
  16. I downloaded the files, and saving the icd seems to work fine on my end. Do you have any other information that would help us determine what is going on with the file?
  17. Currently, there isn't a hotkey for Repeat Last Command. However, you can Right Click in the Background of a scene and select recently used commands. There has been a request for that functionality, I will add your query to the file.
  18. Tom, For 2) Yes, these settings are for 2D. Blake
