We use the IC 9.0 with hotfix installed. Whenever we want to export our unfolded sheetmetal part to dwg or dxf, we get "input error" and then the export is done, but the file is emty. We would like to have a little help!!

Please send a sample file to support@ironcad.com. It may be related to an undefined Style on the drawing. Support can have the file sent to R&D to determine the location of the error. Does the export error occur if you just try to export the template (no drawing views)?

Bo,

When you export to dwg/dxf, the "Explode views on export" option can sometimes make this error or "invalid input" to show up.

If you deselect that option (in the export dialog) maybe your export will create a correct dwg/dxf file. The explode can easily be done in AutoCAD by selecting the view(s) followed by [X] on the keyboard then [Enter].
