LEE MENG CHE
Hi Dose CAXA have the same annotation method similar to AutoCAD in video? Thank you. Annotation.mp4
Malcolm Crowe
Hi Lee, The video above demonstrates Coordinate Dimensioning. CAXA has different Coordinate Dimensioning options available. See the attached image. When using, take careful note of the options and instructions at the bottom left corner of the screen. The process typically starts with selecting the "Origin", followed by the "Mark Points" (which will include the origin as well if you want to display "0" position). Malcolm Crowe
Hi Kim, It is part of the User Interface Style that I prefer to use for CAXA and IRONCAD. That is, "2010 Silver" that you can select in the top right corner. See the attached image. Malcolm
Bertrand Kim
Hi Malcolm! My "2010 Silver" style has a very small radius for the corners both in 2022&2023, so I didn't notice, it's a strange one; XO, Thank you Malcolm! Kim
LEE MENG CHE
Hi @Malcolm Crowe Thank you , but it seems not have the same annotate method like the video . In the video , you can select several points first and annotate them all at once time. MC Lee
Malcolm Crowe
CAXA's "Quick" option is very similar to the video (with similar number of clicks), with the exception that the length of the extension lines is set within the options below rather than by dragging. CAXA's "Align" option (with Dim Line Closed) is even better, as the text is all aligned (unlike in the video above), so no adjustment needed afterwards.
