CAXA - Annotation method

Hi Lee,

The video above demonstrates Coordinate Dimensioning. CAXA has different Coordinate Dimensioning options available. See the attached image. When using, take careful note of the options and instructions at the bottom left corner of the screen. The process typically starts with selecting the "Origin", followed by the "Mark Points" (which will include the origin as well if you want to display "0" position).

Hi Malcolm, Do you know how did you get  the rounded corner toolbar? Mine is a pointy thing that looks like it could stab me...

Hi Malcolm!

My "2010 Silver" style has a very small radius for the corners both in 2022&2023, so I didn't notice, it's a strange one; XO, Thank you Malcolm!

CAXA's "Quick" option is very similar to the video (with similar number of clicks), with the exception that the length of the extension lines is set within the options below rather than by dragging. CAXA's "Align" option (with Dim Line Closed) is even better, as the text is all aligned (unlike in the video above), so no adjustment needed afterwards.
