tgjang
1. I would like to know how to create a miter corner, which is created by default when creating a steel frame, from the beginning as in the picture on the right of the video. 2. If the user wants to change the miter corner of the steel frame like the left model to the right model, I would like to know an easy way. Cary OConnor
The tool will create the miter automatically. When you drop on the profile or the 3D curve, you will see the option "Place Steels Along the Selected 3D Path" option (at 54sec in the video). That option will place the steel and miter automatically. It does this by using a trim cut to get the miter angles. That tool does not have options for the miter option. You can place it one by one (not using the place on 3D Path option) and then align how you need it or use the Quick Trim tools after it is placed. maurizio@fronema
Hi tgjang, the observation of Cary is correct. Anyway, we have added a toggle that allow you to change the attachment mode in a fast way. Here is the video about this new function. NTrimSteels.mp4 This new behavior will be available in the next setup Regards M 1
