Different positions of parts in sub-assembly and main assembly.

My subassembly(saved as separate file) have different positions of shapes than in my main assembly.
When I change window from main assembly to subassembly and vice versa, I can see that it's parts switches positions.

My co-worker said that it is because of constraint, so I delated all constraints(both in main assembly and subassembly), but the problem remained.

What is the reason, and how to fix it?

How to make this sub-assembly to be unified with the main assembly?

The sub-assembly dosen't have configurations, so theoretically(?) there should be only one setting of this sub-assembly.

The main assembly have 2 configurations, but I don't know how that supposed to make any problem, if there is only one configuration for sub-assembly.

How to fix it?

Hi,

Hopefully the attached image and video helps explain what is happening.

If in your main assembly the "Local Configurations Override External Links" is selected, then the position of parts in the assembly can be different to that in the sub-assembly.

If this is unselected (as per the image), then both the assembly and sub-assembly will be the same.

I inserted second sub-assembly, and then the both updated to positions of saved separate sub-assembly.
I don't know what happened, but this resolved this problem.
