Chris Lohman
I just helped someone work through a problem where the License Activation wizard wouldn't complete the entire process, but instead would through an error similar to the following: Run-time error '-2146697208 (800c0008)': Method '~' of object '~' failed We were able to overcome this problem by manually registering the following DLL's then re-running the activation wizard: 3ide3i.dll 3ipst31.dll isappmgr.dll iclu.dll Those DLL's should be located in c:\Program Files\InnovationSuite\Common. One way to register a DLL is this: Open Windows Explorer and double click the file. When windows asks for what application to open the file with, hit the other or browse button and tell it to use regsvr32.exe which, on Windows NT and 2000, is located at c:\winnt\system32\regsvr32.exe
jjeun
I got similar problem for the License Activation Wizard. I could not complete the process with the error message as attached. So I followed to your instrucion and registered the files manually, but it did not fix the problem. For your reference, the system is Korean Windows NT with SP6.
