  1. The problem is that the remained circle is not displayed at all. For example, drag & drop the curved stock from the sheetmetal catalog, and then select the Edit Cross section. And then draw the circle(any circle; center radius, 2 points,...) as the above fig. And then clcik the Trim curve icon at bottom, and click 3 of the above fig to trim off that part of circle. Then the remained part of the circle(number 2 in above fig) is disappeared. But if we move the mouse to this part, then we could see that this remained part(2) is still there but not displayed. (If I use the curve or arc instead of circle, then the remained part of these curve and arc are displayed after the trim off. So I could see if the cross section is correct or not before to click finish.) The problem I pointed is that the remained part of the circle after trim off should be displayed. For your reference, even though the remained part of the circle after trim off is not displayed, it is still there. So if we click the finish button, then the remained part of this circle became a crsoo section and visible. JH
  2. I think I still have the problem to get the license. I installed IronCAD 5.0 and Hotfix 2 to my system of Windows 2000, and then run Activation Wizard to get the license file. Finally, I get the license file, and then double click the license file. But I got the message of "IRONCAD license from file C:\down\ICBNUS50- ******.icl already installed." And then when start IronCAD, I could not get the license and get the message for trial usage of 30days. I copied the file of "lsapiw32.dll" and "lservrc" into the folder you adviced, but no difference at all. Pls advice us how to cure this problem.
  3. I got similar problem for the License Activation Wizard. I could not complete the process with the error message as attached. So I followed to your instrucion and registered the files manually, but it did not fix the problem. For your reference, the system is Korean Windows NT with SP6.
  4. I'm writing for JHKIM for this topic. Yes, the system shows the error has the Korean Windows NT with Service Pack 6. And the other system of Korean Windows NT has the same trouble. As per your instruction, I tried to creat a simple text file into the folder of c:\winnt\profiles\administrator\application data\ironcad\ironcad\customization But unfortunately, there is no folder named "customization" under ironcad folder. Is there anything wrong?? Maybe I have to clean install from the OS again??
