djohannesen Posted January 24, 2005 Share Posted January 24, 2005 We often get error messages to the efect advising us to perform a Save As on the working file. If we do this we find we can't delete either the original file, or the new one. This also occurs if a file is sent by email, some changes or notes made & returned via email. mmccall Posted January 26, 2005 Share Posted January 26, 2005 I have run into this before... that's what stopped me from doing a save as when IC tells me to do so... When prompted... I will open another IC session and copy and paste everything from the corrupt scene... This works just fine...keeps you from loosing your work.. except if you have animations or special constrains set up.. they will all be blown away.
