tgjang
I want to constrain the end of a vertical Curve to the end of a triangular Curve, but when I change the size of the circle above, the endpoint of the vertical line does not follow the endpoint of the triangle. How can I make it constrained? Thanks. 3D_Curve_Constraint.ics
Cary OConnor
The 3D Curve does not have the correct constraints yet to support that. We will file an ER. However, you can use 2D Sketches to create the case. See attached. 3D_Curve_Constraint.ics

Malcolm Crowe
Hi tgjang, The attached video demonstrates the methodology that you need to use to attach the ends of 3D Curves to points in your 2D geometry (without additional 2D Sketches or Coincident Constraints). Basically, after creating the 3D Curves, you need to drag the ends away and then place back onto the desired points. Take care that you aren't attaching to the original point of the 3D Curve (as demonstrated in the video). Cary OConnor
Hi Malcolm, Yes I forgot about that approach. However, I still believe we need to enhance the 3D Curve constraints to work outside of the curve mode for the individual segments. Thanks for the catch.
