How to make this annotation 4.3 into leader line type like photo annotation 8.1.

Smartdimension and use the shift key to select both ends

For tolerance right click on dimension and use go to Tolerance

Thanks for your quick reply , I tried using smartdimension and use shift key to select both ends , but it just a normal annotation.

Could you send a video about how to do this leader line to me?

Sorry, I don't know what's "Stagger" line.

Well, I believe this is how you do it, but it seems to be bugged out on this release.
