Color blind-friendly color pallete

Have you ever a hard time choosing colors?

 

I usually try to use this color palette except in exceptional circumstances

 

I've read several articles about over 8% people are color blind(red-green) and every color palletes for Color blind looked suck except this pallet for non-color blind(ME)

 

I use this color pallete like this : 

 

 

I don't know is it true or not about Color Blind,  unfortunately I'm not a Color Blind
