SSIMMONS
You just need to create a bunch of sketches and loft them.

WAENGENEND
I thought something like this, but I cannot get the loft to work. Asks about matchpoint and intersection Hook.ics
SSIMMONS
I built about half of it and something came up at work. I believe you should be able to do it by lofting a bunch of sections. You may have to independently loft them and then boolean union at the end. I am not a huge user of "loft" due to the fact that I mostly deal with bearings, electric motors, sheet metal etc. But from what I could tell it is definitely doable, but there is probably a faster way. You may also be able to get away with a sweep at certain sections (using guide curve), but it looks like no two cross sections will be exactly the same. -Spencer
