I may have misunderstood what your meant in the above, but regarding CAXA, you can set both "Paper Scale" and "View Scales". We always use a paper scale of 1:1 (in the Paper Settings) and set the scale of the generated views to fit the paper.

Regarding zooming, my understanding is that the way that CAXA and ICD generate and maintain their views is fundamentally different. This may be why you are seeing differences in performance between CAXA and ICD.

Hi Malcolm,

Thanks for the correction on view scales for CAXA. Zooming in and out with CAXA requires less CPU load compared to ICD as shown on the task manager performance tab.
