SSIMMONS
Good Afternoon. I was wondering if there was a linetype for ZigZag in ICD. If I want to show a broken view and manually input the lines. Thanks. -Spencer
Cary OConnor
I don't think we have a linetype for that specifically. Is the issue for not using the broken views zig-zag is that it will not trim the geometry in the view? If so, that is addressed in 2021. Most of the time I can use the broken view tool, but once in a while I need a more complex option for breaking out a region. I generally just like the versatility of using the zigzag line type for different applications. -Spencer
Cary OConnor
You could create the line, group it, and store it in a catalog. Then you can drag and drop out and scale it to fit your model. Would that help?
