3D PDF Export

Our PDF export is limited in the options (based on the integration we have). We would need to upgrade to a more capable version to offer more settings. Is this a common request from many of you in the community?

If you have an Adobe Subscription, I believe you can open our PDF in Acrobat Pro and change some of these setting and make more presentable PDF's.

Our current PDF was really designed as a viewer control and not so much as a full export for documentation.

There is a free program called CutePDF which allows you to select it in place of your printer when printing. it is so far advanced as it relates to clarity and sharpness. I have attached two files, one (the blurry one is IC Export) the other is CutePDF.

IC needs to talk to these people.

Google CutePDF

We have a new hotfix for IronCAD 2015 PU1 that allows you to set Portrait or Landscape when exporting a 3D PDF.

To install this Hotfix:

Close IronCAD

Make a backup copy of the original files in \Program Files\IronCAD\2015\bin

Unzip and Copy the attached file(s) (based on your Windows version) to \Program Files\IronCAD\2015\bin
