Hi Jolizon, I did that already. Still no dialog box appear... Hopefully my boss will upgrade my IronCad 2012 to the latest so that it can run to the machine potentials. For the time being, I will have to use WMWare Workstation Player to run my IC2012 in Win32bit without issue... Regards

Hi All, I have tried but still unsuccessful... Even when I run the compatibility mode (win 7), still to no avail. The only solution is to use VMWare running win 7 32bit. This has no issue but a tad slow due to virtualization. Regards,

Hi Jolizon, I have my original and updated to PU2 of ironcad 2012 32bit (build 10790) on winodws 7 pro. This works fine. I got a linked from ironcad support 2012 PU2 all in build 10791 but does not seems to work. Thank you for the advice. I will try it and let you guys know whether it is successful or not.. Regards,

Hi, I just got a new PC notebook running windows 10 64bit. I tried installing ironcad 2012 either 32bit or 64 bit version on my new windows machine but I faced issues with the tools catalog. When I drag custom hole onto the 3D block (extrude), once released to position, the dialog box for me to set the type of holes (threaded/thru hole) did not appear. Same goes for other tools in the tools catalog (Bearings/Helix/Fastener). May I know what installation you using? The one working on my old notebook was build 10790. Build 10791 seems not working. Hi Cary, I tried but to no avail...Now I can get the same version build 10790. Can open native ironcad files from my old to new with no issues but now only this part of the tools catalog somehow is not working. Others seems to be working fine. Please advice. Hi All, My situation is that I have used Ironcad 2012 updated to PU2 build number 10790 on my Macbook pro with parallels, win 7 pro 32bit. It has been running well. All my designs are build on this platform. Now I have a new replacement notebook PC (Lenovo) running Win 10 pro 64bit. I installed ironcad 2012 with PU2, win 32 bit version, fresh on my replacement notebook. No issue with license but when I open, the build number is 10791. Tried to open my previous design but it says my design is much newer version than on the new notebook PC thus I cannot open/load my native ironcad design previously from my old notebook. When, I create a new extruded box on the new PC and place custom hole (drag from the catalog), it positioned the hole but no dialog box appear for me to set the dimension or details of the hole. I tried installing the 64bit version of ironcad 2012, still the same. Seems like the tools catalog is not functioning. Is it due to the Win OS or ironcad? Regards, Rashid
