The help file says you can measure the surface area of a planar surface under topic "Assembly/Part/Surface Analysis" but the Anaylsis tool dims out as soon as I select down to the face on a part. Cary OConnor Posted November 19, 2010 Share Posted November 19, 2010 Robert listed the best way for the surface area. Just click the measurement tool on the Annotation Ribbon Bar. Click the Face Measurement option in the command and then pick a face. If you want MOI, then the way Carlo mentioned would give you that capability.
