mgajewski
I do not know if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong even though what I am doing has always worked in the previous versions of Ironcad. I am trying to use a JPEG file as background and I keep getting this message: "Image file's data is corrupt - file not used." I have tried this with various JPEGs and got this message every time. HDR files work fine. Perhaps so do some other formats. But I think JPEGs being so common, and useful, should work, too, as they always have before. Cary OConnor
I'm not seeing the issue. Can you post a screenshot of the settings on the background page? Did you try the JPG's in the IRONCAD image folder? Do they work? Maybe it is a resolution issue. Let us know, Cary

I've also tried PNG files. No good. Now my attachment will not upload to this website for some reason. I'll email it to Support. Doug Gower
Did you try compressing or zipping a file to upload? For the background pictures you might try turning on or off the file extensions for the background. Not sure if that will help... seems like it was something to do with extensions but I can't remember. If so, it might help for uploading files as well. Jonas@Solidmakarna
I just got this issue in a file saved in IC2011XG beta#1. It was solved by searching and opening the blue.jpg file in the image folder placed under ...\Program Files\...\2011\
IronKevin
This particular case was solved by switching to Software Renderer mode so it looks like a graphics driver issue.
