Cary OConnor Posted October 19, 2007 Share Posted October 19, 2007 New Page 1 Using a Parameter to Drive the Spin Angle of a Shape Here’s a quick and easy example of how to use parameters to set a shape’s spin angle: Right-click your Spin shape in the IntelliShape mode Select Parameters Click Add Param Use the following values:Parameter Type: User Defined Parameter Name: SA Parameter Value: 120 Value Type: Angle Click OK to create the parameter and OK to close the Parameter Table Right-click your Spin shape in the IntelliShape mode Select IntelliShape Properties Select the Spin Tab Click Show Formulas Enter the parameter name “SA” in the Spin Angle field Click OK Right-click the background and select Parameters Now to can drive the Spin Angle by the parameter and relate it to other parameters by using an expression.
