gjones
Very nice Carlo, I guess the COG tool came in very handy for the third sculpture.
cborer
Thats it! Still it is tricky when the COG is around the centre of the sculpture. ...beaviour is not always be viewable in advance. Thanks to both! Jonas@Solidmakarna
Great work Carlo! It's great fun to see how you use IronCAD! All the different shapes are really nice to look at! Sometimes I really wonder what's in your mind I also like all the pictures you have on your website. Keep up the good work!

Marcus Bertilsson
Just a small question. Are they made as bended solid beams or are they hollow (sheet metal) / Marcus
cborer
Hey thanks to all of you! Steve: of course Autodidact in both Art and IC Tom: I had two exhibitions in Santa Monica, LA...10 years ago ...older Art of me is in following movies: Small Soldiers, Goodby Lover ...Exhibit in NY? Yes Yes! Kevin: The bad thing: As IC became much better you will not see much more files! The good thing: As I still need some enhancements you will see some more files! Marcus: No tubes, at the end there is a very different geometry. Thats the way: Creating ideal object (a lot of boolean, like drawing on cones) Creating midline of metal sheet (3d curve, two rail sweep) Export mid-faces to Rhino and unfold them Export dxf Cut by laser (sheet metal) Bend it manually and weld. Polish polish polish. Best Carlo Edited March 22, 2007 by cborer
