dsulli Posted August 24, 2002 Share Posted August 24, 2002 Thanks to Chris (IC Support) for his suggestion to resolve a weird Tools menu "pull-up" list of options using IC in Windows XP. One of our latest employees just received a new Dell computer running XP. When he tried to adjust the options under the Tools button, the list of selections shot upward, off the screen and out of reach. Chris suggested that he check to make sure that the screen resolution wasn't set to 800 x 600 and sure enough, that was the problem. All is well again!
