Guest bbraho
www.mitcalc.com sells an inexpensive suite of engineering calculations. I've started using the gears and bearings and found it to be easy to use and technically accurate with full support for standards (AGMA, ISO, etc). (And cheap, I'm cheap.) Why post it here? Because it also accurately draws gears. The IC tool does not. I also suggest IC consider working a deal to bundle this with IC10 (for users with a support subscription) similar to IronPro, Algor, etc. It would provide a an engineering tool set like AC has in Inventor. brian Oh, and i havn't seen any relation to the engineering school. The developer is in the Chech (sp?) republic and maybe never heard of the place. (Good thing buying via Paypal is safe nomatter where the seller is).
