qdewolf Posted February 28, 2002 Author Share Posted February 28, 2002 i still get the message, even though i have the CD in the drive "Error 1706.No valid source could be found for product InnovationSuite. The Windows Installer cannot continue." I did originally install 5 from the download off of the members download and then just put my numbers in when i recieved them in the mail. what happens if i use the one that says full with hotfix2? Chris Lohman Posted February 28, 2002 Share Posted February 28, 2002 The hotfix is looking for the media that IronCAD was originally installed from so if you installed from a folder then it's looking for that folder. So your options are: 1) Recreate that folder with the exact name then try the hotfix 2) Uninstall/reinstall from the CD, then install the hotfix 3) Download the full version (in the public downloads area next to the hotfix) with the hotfix in it, uninstall, reinstall using the full version.
