OS win2000, with IC4.2

Before the IC4.2 start, there is an error. Please refer to the attached file.

My default kernel is acis, but I could not drag a part to the scene, if I change the kernel to parasolid, it's become normal. But my pervious model all built on acis kernel.

WindowsME has never been supported by any version of IronCAD. So if you're on ME that could be it. Win98 should work though.

Are you still on 4.2 or have you moved to 5.0? Moving to 5.0 might clear it up.

I've really never seen this. It sounds like an installation problem. Very often a normal reinstall won't clear out the problem so perhaps you need to go through my reinstall steps in this post: http://www.ironcad.com/support/community/index.php?showtopic=258
