    I upgrade my win 2000 to SP2, and it back on normal. Thank you for your suggestion.

    When I start ironcad 5.0, try to open a new file, it shows The file OLEAUT32.DLL is out of date This program requires a newer version click ok shows command failed. Can any body tell me how to deal with it. My OS is Win2000 Chinese(Traditional)

    Yes, I did it many times, I try install in Win98me, but come up with the same problem. I am using notebook, the graphic card is SIS630

    OS win2000, with IC4.2 Before the IC4.2 start, there is an error. Please refer to the attached file. My default kernel is acis, but I could not drag a part to the scene, if I change the kernel to parasolid, it's become normal. But my pervious model all built on acis kernel.
