I even went to my old schoolbooks and they don;t have it either. Maybe its me, can someone supply or point in the right direction? I've attached page 3 of their catalog (also available online). Near the bottom of the page are the pipe dimensions. Are you limiting it to just 45 deg, 90 deg elbows, tees or are you including reducers (offset and concentric), unions, caps, plugs. I may be able to send some data sheets if your more specific. Guest bbraho Posted November 21, 2005 Share Posted November 21, 2005 Tom, Pipe & fittings come in a dizzying array of options, if you're not sure what you need, I'd suggest starting putting together a catalog of sch 40 pipe, class 150 maleable iron screwed fittings, and class 3000 steel couplings. If you are looking to limit the work, 2" is a common upper limit for use of screwed fittings. For 2-1/2"+ use of flange or buttweld fittings is more common. For high pressure systems, add sch 80, 160 pipe and socket weld class 3000 fittings. For cheap systems, add class 125 maleable iron fittings. The fitting info can be gotten most easily from the vendors, McMaster is good. The 3D models are nice, but the detailed threads might be a bit much.
