Guest Urban Olars Posted August 23, 2005 Share Posted August 23, 2005 If you need to vectorize bitmap pictures and import it into crossection of IronCAD, I can recommend a software called Imagaro Z. You can find a lot of info and demos of it on the internet. We have tried most of the vectorizing software out there and we found this to be the best for us, even better than Adobe Illustrator + plugins. It automatically converts spline curves to lines and arcs when exporting to .dxf. If you have ever tried to import splines from Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw into crossection of IronCAD I'm sure you will appreciate this feature.
