Dave G
Did anyone resolve the 'unhandled exception' when exporting - if so please advise
Cary OConnor
What type of format are you exporting (IGES, STEp, etc)? Can you send an example to IronCAD to test? Cary
Guest IronKevin
Hi Dave, If you are referring to the DWG export problem, it is still under investigation. IK
Dave G
It is the DWG Export issue, thing is, its causing a problem as a lot of our details are forwarded, due to urgency via email to the Arch/Engs who unfortunately run AutoCad. I'm having to make my excuses and use the postal system which will be accepted for a certain amount of time - but will cause problems sooner or later Let me know the results as soon as poss Thanks Dave
Mike Twining
Might I suggest .DXF? Probably a little easier than the snail mail.
Cary OConnor
Hi Mike, This appears to be a specific issue related to the files from the reported customers. It doesn't matter if they use DWG or DXF. The issue appear to be with the ICD itself and not the export. Our R&D team is looking into the issue. Thanks Cary
