Multiple Decals on Same Face - How?

A question I am often asked is how to project multiple decals on one face. In short, you cannot.

There is of course a workaround: Take those multiple decals into an image editor. Paste them together as one, then use that one image as your decal.

There is another way. You can only have one decal per face right? So create multiple faces on the same surface. The way to do this is to select the face in FEV mode (Face/Edge/Vertex), so that it's highlited in green, then right click on it and create a surface shape. Resize that surface shape to be the size of one decal, then create a more surface shapes for each decal. (These surface shapes will appear in areas unwanted, like a drawing, so use this for rendering only)
