Cary OConnor
Can you upload the ICD that you are using for this test?
Bertrand Kim
Here is the ICD file Thanks properties test.icd I find some data(text that I can see in Ironcad) have changed after open the file with Ironcad, and some have not(text that I can't see in Ironcad) I added Project as text type, Title as text type too. But after I opened the file, only data and type of Project have been changed. I'm using Ironcad2022 24.0 SP1 English version (The install file from my local agency) Edited April 20, 2022 by Bertrandi
Bertrand Kim
I solved it by insert data to [Menu-File-Properties] instead of edit local file It works well now Edited April 20, 2022 by Bertrandi
Cary OConnor
ok. Great that you solved it by editing in the Menu-File-Properties. Editing outside should work unless it is editing a non-IronCAD readable field. We can look at that more as well.
Bill C
The Revision property was stored as an Integer, but the code that is trying to read it (when using the Menu-File-Properties command) only handles Strings. These document properties can also be read/edited from the Properties dialog, Custom page of the file. In that UI, there is an option about what type of data is being added: Text, Date, Number, Yes or No
