Hi 

I have two question in IronCAD scene , first is how to create the rib use the "Rib Shape" option and shape like photo .

Second , what will cause Smart Dimension are "blue" , and how to set it red ?

Hi Meng,

To answer the second question. If you right click on the blue dimension, you'll see an option 'Lock'. Right click on it and it will turn red. If you want it blue ( not locked ), click on the Red dimension and click 'Unlock'. Is this the answer you were seeking?

I found the Rib feature a bit confusing and didn't do what I wanted on complex designs, so I just make my own ribs from either Slabs or Extrude blocks and sketch my own. Others will have a better idea, I am thinking.

Thanks for your reply , it's helpful to me , but I have a question in answer 1 , the smart dimension will locked default , it's any way to set it not locked ? 

I have google that how to use rib shape function , but it not what I wants shape , I just want triangle rib like photo , in fact , there is a Rib shape in catalog , but I want to know how to use "Rib Shape" option .
