About world coordinates.

私はCATの部分をダウンロードしました。

そして、ダウンロードしたブロックはまっすぐ見ていました。

その後、ダウンロードされたブロックは斜めであり、世界座標は平行であった。

ワールド座標の位置を変更せずにブロックをまっすぐに見たときに、ブロックを平行にするにはどうすればよいですか?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, but most of the templates are set to perspective by default which may make it seem like it is not orthogonal when looking at a face.

If you uncheck that, it will set it to orthogonal and give you a true view when looking at a particular face. 

To look at a particular view direction, you have multiple options like you can pick a axis on the world cordinate axis in the bottom left. You can use the drop down views in the toolbar on the bottom (as in the image above) to set front, right, etc.  Or you can use the look at tool which is the yellow icon on that toolbar (or F7) to pick a particular face to view directly in that direction.
