JCykk Posted December 7, 2020 Share Posted December 7, 2020 Hey guys, I'm using IronCAD 2020 as I'm a woodworking student, I've got an issue regarding the license manager. From the moment when I open it I recieve the message "Failed to get hardware information". I've tried serveral things to resolve the issue, however nothing has resolved it. The following things have been tried: - Removing all previous versions and freshy reinstalling IronCAD - Checking wether I have all administrator rights on my account on my own laptop - Running it in compatibility mode - Prioritising the app over others in the process manager Nothing has helped so far, is there something I'm not seeing?
