Hi All,

We have two designers that run Iron Cad within our organisation but we are both in different offices and we want to keep all our drawings in a common place so that we can both have live access each others up to date drawings. We are currently using Microsoft 365 but haven't yet found a solution.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jeremy,

Will having these or explore this option work for you?

or

It must be hosted by the team member who is has the best connection.

I had a Buffalo before but, support was drop short.

Regards,

Hi,

We currently use multiple copies of IRONCAD (and other CAD software) sharing Support, Client and Project files across Office365. For the very reason you have described. So the short answer is that you already have the tools to do the job, it just requires a little know-how.

As an example, attached is an image of our IRONCAD folder (site) in SharePoint. This folder (site) is synced with every local machine that we want to have access to this folder (site). I have also attached an image of the same synced folder on a local machine (as shown in Windows Explorer).

Before describing anything else, do you know how to create folders (sites) in SharePoint and then how to sync with your local machines?
