Robert Andersson Posted April 11, 2004 Share Posted April 11, 2004 You cant place the standard arrow of a Feature Control frame outside of the View frame. But if you ADD a second arrow (and delete the first one) you can. Rightmouse on the arrow to see this menu: The arrow will still be connected to the View, so you can freely move the View.
