tlehnhaeuser
We have had some new users having trouble understanding the part selection process. So we have generated this simple diagram to help and figured we'd share. Assyhierarchy2.bmp Assyhierarchy2.bmp assembly.gif

Rick Dorrington
I'll say "Good Luck to Ya" if this simple concept is troublesome.
tlehnhaeuser
I agree Rick, I guess going from CREATE NEW PART>OPEN in PART MODE>SELECT REFERENCE PLANE> KEY In XYZ> TURN ON HIDDEN ASSY is easier than CLICK ONCE. Its difficult to express to coverted users of other applications that IronCAD doesn't require that HUGE OVERHEAD! NOt only that you, don't loose any functionality in your Assembly structures and external links. Ah!!! I guess it goes back to if its that simple then how robust can it be mentality.
