Robert Andersson
It's very useful to use the Triball for fast orientation of 3D objects. One case is to orient objects to the world cordinates: -Select objekt (Surface, Intellishape, Part or assy) -Activate Triball (F10), -Rightmouse anywhere in the scene and select "Orient to global" from the resulting menu. This orient the Triball to the scene's global cordinatsystem. Robert Andersson
Chris Lohman
This is something I have never used until recently, but an quickly finding a great benefit to it in 6.0. In the past when you drug/dropped a part into the scene, it would not drop at the global 0's. Now that this behavior has changed in 6.0, so that the very first part dropped into a scene drops at the global zero, I'm finding that it makes sense to use the tribal to quickly orient to global and that I can now rely on the global coordinate more. So I second this tip as I have found this functionality very useful with 6.
