bmckelvie Posted October 20, 2015 Share Posted October 20, 2015 After much fighting I am slowly and frustratingly transitioning to Caxa from ICDRAW. I have my bom table but I can not get Item bubbles !?, how are you supposed to make them? I'm attaching a screen shot of what I get when i try to auto generate them. it appears to be making them backwards, filling in the balloon with solid colour and not giving any item number. Malcolm Crowe Posted October 20, 2015 Share Posted October 20, 2015 Hi Brent, There are 2 places that you need to look in CAXA when it comes to Item Number Bubbles. 1. Check that the "Shape" option is selected in the "Item Number Style" that you are using. 2. Then within the "Fill BOM" you need to select the type of "Shape" (Frame) that you want displayed. Unfortunately this part isn't obvious and is missed by many. Hopefully the attached movie helps.
