Looks like you broke it down to arcs which I should have mentioned before but like you said it looks like we still have some work to do to get all the bend lines in the correct location. This is still fairly new territory for us so I'm sure it will improve in the future.

You are on the correct track using lines and arcs. (I'm not sure if you need to break up the arcs as much as you are). That may be causing the overlap or missing lines.

in the Annex model inventor, 2010. You can expand it in IronCAD. Inventor automatically approximates an ellipse into a set of 4x8 sections. In IRONCAD approximations can be done by exporting DXF R12. I still have a problem with the creation of the model. In addition, Inventor approximation bows and distorts them.
