Jeff Myler
I have a display diorama that has a clear enclosure that I have applied decals to represent printed leaves on clear plastic. In my real time scene I could not see the leaves on transparent plastic until I rendered to file. I stumbled on Transparency Sorting and it has choices for sorting: Z-sorting(I can not see leaves in real time scene) default setting Depth peeling (I can see the leaves in the scene) Can someone explain what Transparency sorting and its different settings are? Or send me link to information/help. I can't seem to find description of settings

Jeff Myler
Thanks Kevin Setting the z-sorting or depth peeling only affects rendering in real time scene, not rendering to file correct? The doc you sent is that in a on-line Ironcad manual?
IronKevin
Correct, just for the real-time rendering. The info is from HOOPS web site.
