  1. Hi Team, I am having difficulty creating a stiffener (HP profile, T profile or whatever) that is perfectly aligned perpendicular to a curved surface. In my model, I create a structured part with the “Structured frame” command. However, the result do not give a perfect alignment of the stiffener to the surface. On picture “reference line”, I show where my 3D curve/axis is located on stiffener (magenta line). On picture “Stiffener alignment”, I show a section with in green the result on ICC and how it want it to be in red (perfectly normal to the surface at any point of its path). This results in a significant difference in the position and twist of the stiffener along its height (4.55mm in this example). I may not be using the correct modeling method. I hope to find a solution with your help. Shell stiffener Modeling.ics HP 6005 Sketch.ics
