Hi, Most cad software including Catia, NX, Solid Edge, Inventor, Fusion, ZW3D, KOMPAS-3D, if you double click the tree sketch or feature it will enter the sketch or feature. I know I can press the E key to edit, but that just seems like a added reach to find the E key. You still have to click the tree and then push the E key for it to work? Why not just double click to edit? Kind of like pushing the middle mouse button on a browser tab which closes the tab. That feature came from NetCaptor (originally SimulBrowse) including the middle mouse button to close the tab, which all new web browsers now do. There is a forum for Solidworks and the question was asked why double clicking the sketch in the tree it won't enter into the Sketch. You have to right click and find the edit menu. The work around was still slower than just a double click. Thanks

Solidsteel is an addon that was also made for Inventor. Looks like the most advanced structure addon to any cad package that I also noticed. Inventor is very good without the Solidsteel addon. I tried using the Structured Frame also and I think it is half thought out and needs a lot of work. ZW3D is fairly complete with their Structure Module except they only have profiles in metric and it don't look easy to make profiles for Imperial system.

Thanks for the help. I could not find any information about this. Hard to believe I could not figure this out. I hope they add some sort of Icon on the model that one can click onto to delete or edit in the future. Most CAD software now days does show an icon for constraints.

I have tried to move a IntelliShape that is attached to another IntelliShapes anchor point with no avail. It will work with Innovative parts and I can pull them apart. If I do not like where the IntelliShape was originally placed, what other option is there other than deleting the top IntelliShape and starting all over. Is there some hidden constraint I can delete? Is there no list of constraints of what each constraint is connected to like Catia and if not why? In Catia you can reconnect any broken constraints/points/sketch projections in the tree and find it very helpful I decide to change features and or parts in a multi-body part or assembly.
