  1. Aalbe, that method works great. I didn't even think of it. Thank you! Ssimmons, I agree 100%. The corner gaps will work fine. In fact, it's usually better to have some gap to get things fit up, and to get good penetration in the weld. I'm the CAD guy, the CNC guy, the press brake guy, and the fabricator so I know I can make it work in reality. I'm just new to CAD, so I didn't know the best way to make the miter in the drawing. I appreciate your input! Thanks!
  2. What is the best way to miter these toolbox corners to create a flange for the door to seal against? I have to build this toolbox in 3 separate sheet metal pieces. Thanks Toolbox Miter.ics
