Ssimmons, I agree 100%. The corner gaps will work fine. In fact, it's usually better to have some gap to get things fit up, and to get good penetration in the weld. I'm the CAD guy, the CNC guy, the press brake guy, and the fabricator so I know I can make it work in reality. I'm just new to CAD, so I didn't know the best way to make the miter in the drawing. I appreciate your input! Thanks!
