jolizon590016
Hi, I like to know your experiences running 2012 with consumer video cards. Currently I am using a Powercolor 6670 1GB DDR3 video card. Sometimes works fine but slow on refresh with displaying edges so I set options>rendering>optimization: hide small parts when FPS low/hide edge when rotate if FPS is low settings. Will be a minimum Nvidia 640GT DDR3 or AMD 7750 1 GB DDR5 do the trick. Will the same card with a higher bandwidth DDR5 show any difference or an nvidia GTX 650 1GB DDR5 / AMD HD7770 1 GB DDR5 be better. I appreciate posting feedback on this thread. fyi: for some reason since I installed 2013, my installed 2012 seems to display a bit better. jolizon590016
Fyi: Just upgraded my CPU from an AMD FX6100 to a FX6300. Now runs cooler and performs a bit snappy. Better than before but still not a render hot rod. Regards, Joseph
