bmckelvie
Is it possible to take one part and separate it into multiple parts? Say I have made something by dragging three different blocks onto the screen so the tree shows part1 + block block block. Then I decide that I would prefer if one of those blocks were its own part, can I do this?
IronKevin
You can use the Split Part command to break it into separate pieces.

Robert Andersson
Also, you can use the Triball to copy the part. Then delete half the features on each part. That works also, and it is easy to understand and are predictable. Copy a even distance, then is is easy if you want the original position back. OR Copy zero mm/ inch. Then it is a little bit more difficult to differ the parts from each other. Edited March 5, 2012 by Robert Andersson
