Cary OConnor Posted August 16, 2011 Share Posted August 16, 2011 The feature level one will act on the features connected to the face instead at a more general part level. It can yeild better results in certain cases but it can also give results you may not expect. Take a block with a hole in it. Move the face that has the hole on it. At the part level, it would combine both features and make the change. At the intellishape level, it would only move the face connected to the block and would leave the hole alone (since it is not connected to the block which owns the face.
