jcraig
Win XP 32 bit. Scene environment. I was working with different settings for the top screen menus and they all disappeared. There is only a very narrow bar at the top of the screen. Clicking on it has no effect. Restarting with a new scene only displays a blank area at the top. There does not seem to be any way to restore the menus.
Cary OConnor
Hit Ctrl-Shift-R. If that doesn't work, delete the customization XML files under the Application Data folder (under IRONCAD), under the user login name of the machine. I was trying different settings like my students do. Good to know how to fix the problem. J Craig
Doug Gower
I've had problems losing menus too and just wanted to add one thing. I've been able to get menus back by switching back & forth between menu and ribbon bar. It might take a couple tries but it has worked for me when I couldn't do anything else.
