Doug Gower Posted March 4, 2010 Share Posted March 4, 2010 Is there a way to change templates (sheet size) without losing a drawing? If I change the sheet size in sheet setup the template stays. Cary OConnor Posted March 4, 2010 Share Posted March 4, 2010 Well it is not as easy as it could be, but there are some options. 1. Create a new sheet using the desired template. Copy and paste the views from the old to the new sheet. 2. Use the Sheet size method as you did, but then scale the template curves to the appropriate size after. 3. Using the approach from #2, you could create a group from the tempate title block data and drag them into a catalog. Then when you change the sheet size, you can drag the appropriate titleblock to the sheet from the catalog. Cary Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
