handersson Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 Hi! A customer recently had lots of problem updating ICD (created back in IC 10). BOM did expand, dimensions lost attachment, custom properties gone etc. This was caused by a Windows Update! Windows Update KB973923 (security update..ms visual C++ 2005 sp1 . ..) Removing that solved the problem!
