Section View Disappeared In Exported Dwg

I created the view in IronCAD V10.0 with PU1 and HF2, and exported to dwg.

And then open that dwg in AutoCAD 2004, but all the section views are disappeared.

 

So I did the same thing at other machine which has same IronCAD version, then

open the exported dwg file in same AutoCAD 2004, then all the views including section views are there correctly.

 

Is there any settings in ironCAD or AutoCAD with regards to the section view??

 

I tried to attach the images, but failed a couple of times.

Whenever click the Add this attachment button, it goes next page but nothing there.

are the 2 IronCad PC´s using the same deafult kernel? (Tools/ Options...)

There is an updated DLL that fixes this section view export problem.

 

 

To install this DLL fix:

Close IronCAD

Unzip and Copy the attached file(s) to \Program Files\IronCAD\10.0\bin

But I couldn't understand why this happens in some machine while other is OK.

Pls advise why for the reference.

And also should we install this dll fix to the machine of no problem???

I can't explain why, it should be a problem on all machines. It should be OK to apply the fix everywhere.
